Anyone ever used this site?

myowntuxedo.com is the only place that offers my fiances dream tuxedo in the correct size... But, I haven't found too many reviews on it. Has anyone ever used this site before? If so, how did it go?

[QUOTE]What is so special about your FI's choice of tuxedo?  I hope it isn't anything faddish - especially of you are going to buy it.

<div>He want's a specific look... I think what he has in mind, is a very nice style on him! And I don't understand what you mean by "faddish". Is there a tuxedo fad these days? </div>

[QUOTE]Tuxedos should be black, worn with a white pleated shirt and a vest and tie, usually black.  Any other colors are this year's thing and will soon be gone.  Here is a great website to learn about men's formalwear: <a href="http://www.blacktieguide.com/Contemporary/Contemp_Tuxedos.htm" rel="nofollow">http://www.blacktieguide.com/Contemporary/Contemp_Tuxedos.htm</a> A few weeks ago we had a bride asking where she could find a tie-dyed tuxedo!  I still think that might have been a joke.

<div> Tie dye huh? I sure hope she was joking... Have you ever worked in the mens formalwear industry, sounds like you know a lot about tuxedos. This is what my FI wants </div><div><a href="http://www.jimsformalwear.com/andrew-fezza-savannah-black-western-tuxedo.htm" rel="nofollow">http://www.jimsformalwear.com/andrew-fezza-savannah-black-western-tuxedo.htm</a></div><div>

[QUOTE]This is not a tuxedo.  It is a frock coat .  It is an old fashioned style from 125 years ago.  It is a bit more like a costume than men's formalwear, but if he really wants it, I would let him have it.  A frock coat can be worn any time of day.  A tuxedo is only appropriate after 6:00 PM.  Most places that rent men's formalwear don't know the first thing about it.  They pay those people minimum wage, and you're taking advice from them? I do know a bit about men's formalwear because I was a professional musician, as were many people in my family, and I was in theater.   I have also attended more than a few formal events during the years I lived near Washington DC. I don't think you need to worry about tuxedo etiquette.  I love that article from Great Britain that I posted earlier.  If you want a giggle, look at this! <a href="http://www.blacktieguide.com/Supplemental/Hall_of_Shame.htm" rel="nofollow">http://www.blacktieguide.com/Supplemental/Hall_of_Shame.htm</a> I think if you try searching for a frock coat instead of a tuxedo, you will have better luck finding one.  Good luck!

</div><div>Oh my... I saw a few Elvis approved items in there... However camaflouge is one my most hated designs for formalwear. Talk about a wanna be redneck. And thanks for the help!
