Any recomendations on a caterer that serves grass fed beef and organic vegetables?

    Not sure because I didn't ask this, but Holiday Market, in Royal Oak, has a lot of "specialty" type foods. You could call and ask for Traci Bauhman at 248-543-4390. They are great to work with and have a large selection of foods. They are catering my wedding, but I didn't ask for specifics such as what you want, but because they are also a grocery store with gourmet items, I found them to have a lot of things that other standard caterers did not have.
