  I had several friends recommend Julia & Julia Bridal (http://juliaandjuliabridal.com/).
  
  Unfortunately they weren't available for my wedding.
  
  I've booked Make up Worx (http://www.makeupworx.ca/) and so far I am super happy with them.  Monika is super friendly and very accommodating.

  I am using Dolce Divas. I have also heard great things about Pretty in Pink. They are both mobile hair and makeup companies.
