  Honestly, if you cannot afford to pay for her and not your parents I would not pay for her at all. It's not fair especially since you, your FI, and your parents are footing the bill for the wedding. If you are worried she may spring this on you then I would suggest asking if she's booked everything and if she says no explain that if it comes down to it you will not be able to pay for her and she should make other arrangements to cover the costs.
