Breaking the news...

Hi, I am recently engaged and I was trying to find some clever ideas on how to break the news to our parents... Both sets of parents admire our relationship so i'm not having a hard time telling them. I just would like to do it in a more creative/ more memorable way rather than the old traditional way... Any ideas?

    We haven't told my parents either. We want to wait until their anniversary, which is April 14. I think it would be nice to do it then. Now how to tell them, we haven't thought of.

    Hey. We decided to print a picture of us with the words "he proposed and I said yes our names and date we chose". We rolled it up and put it in a theme colored balloon. We blew up the balloon and put a question mark on it with a black marker. One balloon was given to each parent and a pin. We then said we want to play a game... We need your help popping the question. Should have seen the look on their faces! Everyone was ecstatic!
