Morning Ladies!!

I feel like I'm back on track (or at least headed that way). We got a great run in yesterday and I managed to get a Turbo Fire in this morning. I'm trying to decide if doing another run this afternoon will be overkill -- I usually don't run two days in a row but it is supposed to actually be NICE today so I want to take advantage of it.
B- coffee and granola bar
L- TBD probably baked chicken and salad unless FI comes downtown for lunch and then it will likely be Indian buffet :)
D - Thai leftovers from last night

    Afternoon! :) S: crisps bar cup of coffee B: protein plus cereal and almond milk. L: Protein shake S: Apple D: healthy choice meal W/O: its so nice today instead of our video we're guna walk thn ill do some abs at home.

    Hey there!

    No workout this morning... I'm sore from doing yard work and helping to build a chicken coop yesterday! We have more work to do tonight, too.

    B: fruit smoothie (FI is helping me stay on track with healthy b-fasts because he really likes the smoothies too!)
    L: turkey wrap, apple sauce, and maybe a granola bar
    S: maybe some cottage cheese
