SHOES FOR SUGARMAN??

Hi ladies-

Wanted to get your input . . . I'm geting married in August at Sugarman Estate (CANT WAIT!)

I was planning to go with a tiffany blue type heel like this: http://www.zappos.com/badgley-mischka-lacie-seafoam-satin

Now, I feel like I should go with a wedge so I dont sink into the grass as I walk down the aisle.

Any thoughts on wedge vs. heel for those who've been married or been to a wedding at Sugarman?

Also, any thoughts on a good place to find wedges that look similar to that BM heel?

Your heels will *definitely* sink unless the grass is bone dry -- which it rarely is since they keep the property so well maintained. I bought Soul Mates which are plastic attachments that make your heel wider & avoid sinking. I still sank a little bit, and it dislodged throughout the course of the day, but nowhere near as bad as if I went without them. I would say wedges are definitely a safer way to go if you don't want to worry about it at all.

I wear stillhettos in grass all the time. Are you a dancer by chance? Just treat it like your in relavet. Put your weight on the balls of your feet and you're good. If you're not comfortable with that def go with a wedge.
