  My search bars on Firefox and Explorer have a virus or something and redirect me to weird sites so I can't look it up but try searching carriage rides in West Linn and Lake Oswego. I've been to different community events and they've all had horse drawn carriage rides.

  I'm talking to Daybreak Percherons   www.carriageride.biz

  They got back to me right away and we live close enough that we can go to their ranch and see the horse and carriages.

  They were very quick to respond but unfortunately they do not carry permits for the Portland area:(
