Marathon Village--Nashville

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has had or knows anyone who had held their wedding at Marathon Village in Downtown Nashville. I am looking into this venue as an option and just wanted to hear the thoughts of others who have experienced this venue.

    marathon village is really nice, but the one thing that kept me from booking there was that there are no elevators.  I didn't want to make grandma's and grandpa's walk up a bunch of steps.  So, I went across the street to Marathon Music Works.

    There are no elevators and the people who manage that venue aren't very helpful.  It took the wedding party almost 4 hrs to get someone on location to turn on the air conditioning.  It's a great space and has a fantastic view, but I would just keep in mind the staff is rather difficult.
