  Dear Clinic,

  I wish you would have given FH something useful. He said his knee pain is on level "stupid" (which for me means, "shoot me there so the doctors can actually do something about it). It's partly his own fault for waiting until now, I agree, but FIX HIM.

  Dear HR/Learning Director of a Fortune 500 prospective client,
  The fact that you don't want your employees to have to read training materials, but would prefer that they watch cartoonish videos, scares me. Seriously. One of your staff members reviewed the wrong course because they failed to read their invitation email correctly, shouldn't that prove that the direction you're taking may be ill-conceived?
