Celebration Barn

I am looking for the contact information for the Celebration Barn in or near Solon.  Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone there?  I've heard great things about it (and it's probably not available when I want it) but just have to try if I get the chance.

Thanks in advance!
Marcy

I've never heard of the venue, but found some pics and it's gorgeous!

Unfortunately, it looks like it's not accepting weddings for 2012 due to some permit issues. Here's an article:

They are accepting weddings for 2012. FI and I talked to them about a wedding there. The barns have a new owner. Unfortunately I don't have the contact anymore for her.

It is SO beautiful there!  I have contacted them about about my wedding.  They have a facebook page or the email is thecelebrationfarm@gmail.com.  They are no longer renting to original Celebration Barn due to the permit issues but now they have the new site which is the Celebration Farm..

I cant remember the name of the smaller barn but the Double Barn costs $5,200 just for the barn and it is another $600 for the ceremony site outside. Dont know if that matters to you but I was desperate to get married there and fully devestated when I heard how much it cost. Needless to say it is WAY out of my budget!

    Good Luck!

Thanks for all of the information.  Funny story - we went to look at another reception location this weekend and fell in love with it.  On our way back into town we stopped for a late breakfast and coffee.  When we got back in the car we looked up in the window of the business next door and saw a big sign that said "Celebration Farm" with the phone number.  We took down the number and thought about calling but after seeing the cost I'm SO glad I didn't.
  • What location did you end up falling in love with?
  • FYI - The newer Celebration Farm facilities are MUCH more affordable if you do it on a non-traditional day, such as Sunday. My fiance and I just booked there for a Sunday and the larger barn (Double Round) is only $2K and the smaller (Timber Frame) would be $1K.  The outdoor ampitheater is an additional $600.  If you book the whole facility, I believe they give you a discount.
  • The Celebration Farm is a different facility than the Celebration Barn.  They about 6 miles apart.  D. Schwab owns the Barn, and is a partner with the Farm.  The above comment was correct, there is a BIG variance in price depending on the day of the week and the time of the year you are looking at holding your event.  There is also a difference if you are looking at the smaller barn (the Timber Frame) or the larger one (the Double Round).  Also, it's a higher up front cost because you can bring in your own food and your own alchol.  In the end, it's really no more than going to the Marriott or the Sheraton, and can actually be quite a bit less.  You don't pay taxes for the facility, and you have the flexibility to make your event whatever you like.
