Venue that allows usage of your own food/drink vendors

Does anyone know of any vendors in the RIchmond/Hampton Roads area that allows you to use your own food vendors. Additionally, alllows you to purchase your own alcohol for distribution (with a ABC liquor license) to your guests? Can help you be appreciated.

    Berkeley Plantation in Charles City Co. allows outside vendors.  Actually, they don't provide anything so you can only use outside vendors.  I believe this is also true of Jasmine Plantation and other historic plantation/outdoor venues in the area.

    Farvue in Richmond!! This place is amazing, and you can bring in any vendor you'd like!
