Compartment in MOH bouquet?

I'll be the maid of honor and I'm planning on having a little survival kit, and I was wondering if, for during the ceremony, it would possible to discreetly hide some sort of compartment in my bouquet, or around the stem, where my hands would be so no one would see? This would be to hold small items (bobby pins, safety pins & tissues), and I'd have a clutch or small purse for before and after the ceremony to hold the clunkier stuff (clear nail polish, snack for the bride, sewing kit, lotion, etc.).

Do you think this would be feasible or practical? If so, does anyone have suggestions on how to do it?

Thanks!

How long is this ceremony going to be!? I really don't think it will be necessary. H had some tissues in his pocket for me, and that's all we needed for the ceremony.

So not necessary.  The ceremony certainly won't stop just so you can fix a stray piece of hair on the brides head.

The emergency kit is for the bridal suite.  It is in case anything happens while getting ready or during the course of the night.  It is not to be held at the ceremony because it would be really weird to see the MOH safety pinning the brides hem during the vows.

What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Haha, probably not long at all. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />

I just keep seeing all of these lists of MOH duties and they're all saying to keep stuff like this with me at all times. It seemed like overkill, but I want to be the best MOH that I can be so I went with it. I gotta stop reading these "to do" lists... I don't want to think about the checklist the brides have to go through!

Please ignore all of those dumb lists.  They are ridiculous and include nothing that you HAVE to do.  Just be there for your friend the day of the wedding and if she needs help with anything and you want to lend a hand, great.
