DJ Help! Southeastern New York

I'm helping to plan my sister's wedding taking place in south east New York, and I've had such trouble trying to find a DJ that doesn't look sleazy. I'm looking for a DJ that can also be the Master of Ceremonies that will play country music and soft contemperary music similar to Michael Buble that isn't too expensive. A DJ just getting started would be fine. Any suggestions?
