Hi! I just got my DVD set this week and started it on Monday, I'm a bit sore but so worth it! I have been doing weight watchers since October and have already lost 30 pounds but hit a bit of a plateau and decided to step up my exercise routine, which as a single mom is hard to find the time and energy to do, but i'm determined to follow the bootcamp! I am thinking of trying the cleanse and the diet but some of the smoothie ingredients are rather pricey. Does anyone know of any alternatives that might work just as well?
