Private Beach?

Hello! Does anyone know of a secluded beach somewhere in Baltimore County (or really anywhere in MD) that would let us have our small ceremony/reception? Does anyone know how we would go about obtaining a permit if needed? Thanks so much in advance - I'm new to all of this. :)

    I talked to a guy in Essex who actually lets brides rent out his pavillion.  Theres a tiki bar, sand, bathrooms (not spot a pots, actually plumbed).  He keeps it well landscaped, and you are on the water and see Hart Miller Island in the distance.  Called Holleyneck Gardens, he also has a gazebo there on the beach.  He lets any caterer come in, he is fairly inexpensive too like 700-900 ish for rental and you get the whole weekend.  I always recommend KS catering for an inexpensive but good option.

    Depending on the time of year you might be able to use Oregon Ridge Park.
