I am looking for a Spanish speaking wedding officiant for Spring 2012 OBX wedding? Any suggestions and/or referrals?

    Check with the Arc Church in Nags Head.  They're a bilingual church.  There is also a Hispanic church in Kill Devil Hills, but I don't know the name of it.
