Hi,
My mom has an amazing carrot cake recipe. Do to some of her physical liminations as well as time limitations we are looking to find a bakery or baker who could use her recipe to either make one big wedding cake or 12 round ones to have as table centerpieces. I have contacted many local bakeries and they do not use outside recipes or charge a ridiculous amount to do so. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank You!
