Hi ladies! What is everyone working on this week, wedding-wise or otherwise? I just ordered our cake topper and we have our cake tasting at Flour Power in La Jolla on Saturday. RSVP's are slowly trickling in. I am getting so excited, but stressed at the same time! Hehe.

    I am working on still trying to find a venue! :) I'm sure your wedding will turn out beautiful!  What are your colors?

    Ooh the venue search! Have you narrowed down your choices yet? Where are your top picks?

    Our colors are bright yellow, apple green, ivory, and black with hints of blue. We are going for a laid-back, beachy, rustic, bbq vibe, if that makes any sense. Hehe.

    We loved Tom Ham's but can't book 2015 yet, so we may move the wedding up to late next year like Sept. We also loved Maderas, its a golf course in Poway, they are a bit pricey, but my FI loves it! We went to the Grand Pacific Palisades yesterday, and loved it. We have looked at almost 20 venues, oh my! 

    Your wedding colors are awesome!!  I can't wait to see pictures! about a month to go! How long have you guys been planing?

    I have heard good things about Tom Ham's. The venue search can be really fun but really stressful. Such a huge relief when you find the perfect one. :) 

    We have been planning for a while now actually. We got engaged on Thanksgiving 2011. I started the venue hunt in January 2012 but we didn't get serious or start booking anything until May. We wanted a long engagement so we had time to plan and save up. It flew by anyway. Hehe.
