What did you write on your Place Cards?

Hi all!

I'm beginning to make my place cards for our December wedding, and I was wondering what everyone wrote on theirs. Each guest will have their own because we are displaying them on champagne glasses. Did you write "Mr. John Smith" or just "John Smith" and their table number? I'm just trying to get some clarification

We didn't use titles, just first and last name.

For your December wedding? How do you know who's attending?

We are just writing first and last name, no titles. You can do it with or without - I don't believe there are any rules unless it's a very formal wedding.

We didn't use titles, and we used nicknames. But we didn't have a super formal wedding.

If the event isnt formal than its your choice. If thats the case take the guest with the longest name and see how it looks on the place card. If it looks crowded with a title then theres your decision.
