Hey ladies, I just called my city clerk's office to confirm the requirements to get a marriage license. The woman I spoke to informed me that sometime in July or August (she didn't know the exact date), the cost of a marriage license is increasing from $24 to $70. Licenses are valid for 90 days, so I thought some of you might benefit from this knowledge and get your license soon if you're getting married in the next few months.
