    The Great Hall at Greenlake. What exactly are you looking for? Most community centers. The Tukwila Community Center is on some lovely grounds.

    I'm looking for something upscale. But I'm worried that people won't come if it's in certain areas? like will people drive unto downtown I have a weird family

    I'm not entirely sure what upscale means to you, but my first thought of something "nice/upscale" and not downtown would be a winery.  There are a ton in Woodinville and the eastside, it seems that at least a few would allow outside catering.
