We have cancelled our big wedding and are wanting to go and elope! Our best friends live in Chicago and we have a trip planned there in a month and are throwing around the idea of eloping while there! Just a simple, outdoor ceremony. Any recommendations for an officiant and a photographer who will do rates for just an hour for pictures?
