Cross Post - Hair Trial

About when should I schedule my hair and makeup trial? According to some of my checklists I've found it says about 3 months before the wedding. That seems too far out to me. What do you think?

    To book someone usually requires a deposit.  I wouldn't book and leave a deposit without a trial.  Good people book up early.   If you wait until 3 months out, you may have a tough time finding stylists available.  And what if you hate it....then you still have to search around and do more trials.  I would go even further out.   I did my trials about 6 months out.
