    I totally sucked at eating this weekend besides on Friday. Saturday we had Chick-fil-a and we we had a date night/ went to the movies so that involved crappy eating. Then Sunday was sister's bday sooo you can imagine that there wasn't very healthy eating then either. At least I did my Insanity work out so I wasn't a total failure at attempting to be semi healthy.

    B- Coffee and yogurt with granola
    S- Apple
    L- Soup
    D- Grilled chicken and veggies

    E- Going to the gym and upping my weights (I think I'm plateauing on that) and running 5 miles.

    B:  egg casserole (egg, ground chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions, sweet potato, topped with tomato slices) and chopped tomato; cantaloupe
    S:  veggie juice (celery, carrots, spinach, green apples, lemon, ginger)
    L:  crockpot kalua pork, broccoli and bacon salad, plum
    S:  veggie juice x 2
    D:  bell pepper tacos (ground hamburger stuffed in red bell pepper halves, topped with arugula, pico de gallo, avocado, and chopped veggies); skillet sweet potatoes

    E:  walk or yoga, depending on if it rains!
