Can anyone tell me reviews of Pollmans Bakery in Mobile?

I am planning my wedding for May 31, 2014. I have my caterer and she recommended Pollmans bakery for my wedding cake. Reviews online have been very mixed. I was wondering if anyone had used this bakery and what they thought?

    Pollman's is good but they kind of over-book themselves. I am using Coutoure Cakes in Daphne and ther are awesome. Great to work with, reasonable prices, and GREAT cake!
