Knot guest list question

Did anyone download the microsoft Excel template for the guest list?    What does A/B mean? I am trying to use that to make my guest list but don't understand what the A/B column is for.

    I haven't used it but I would imagine it's to identify whether the guest is an "A list" guest or a "B list" guest.  That way it's easier to decide who to eliminate if you have to make the guest list smaller.

    Yes thats exactly what it means. A list are the people who you are definately inviting and B list is to identify people you can only invite if you have extra room after some people RSVP no.

    It isn't recommended by knotties to do, its seen as very rude. I just left that field blank when uploading my guests since we didn't have an A or B list.

    But can guests to the site actually see if you've labeled them as A or B?  Surely this is a detail only the knot member can see on her own account...
