Columbia ballroom amenities

Can anyone tell me if the Columbia Ballroom has air-conditioning and what the bathrooms are like? are there separate bathrooms for men and women, are the bathrooms more than one stall, clean, and decently nice?

Yes to AC. I only went in the women's bathroom but it was decent and clean. 2 sinks and 3 or 4 stalls.
