Bachelor Party Help

My groom is looking for an alternative to the traditional bachelor party (aka no strip clubs).  I have no problem with it, but it's just not him and he has done it several times for his friends weddings.  Any ideas for Downtown Denver, CO?

Thank you!

Well #1, your groom shouldn't be planning his own bachelor party. It's perfecty fine that he give his host the guideline of no strip clubs, but he should try to stay out of the rest of the planning.

Here's the last two bachelor parties my DH has been a part of:

    Golf, Paintball, Dinner, Bar hopping

Brewery Tour, Tactical Lazer tag, dinner, booze cruise on a party boat

  • I don't know your area, have you tried your local board?

What does your fiance usually like to do with his friends?

  • we're doing a weekend at the shore with our bridal party and close friends. i'm not familiar with your area but maybe a day at a lake near your area for a picnic, swimming and/or water sports
  • Golfing, beer tasting, paintball, hiking, rock climbing...the possibilities are endless.

  • brewery tours, pub crawl, golf, white water rafting, a concert, hiking... really anything. Pretend you're planning a trip there and hop online to check out stuff to do.

Believe me though, Denver has PLENTY of strip clubs and prostitution. A lot more than you'd think. Hopefully his guys will respect his wishes and steer clear of those venues.

  • My hubby went paint balling for his best friend bachelor party. They had so much fun. After they had a bbq at our place. No girls allowed of course!
  • For my hubby they actually have a multi event day and guys could join in on whatever parts they wnated based on interest and $. They started the day out with 18 holes of golf, lunch. Then went home to shower, then got back together later and headed to a casino & then dinner & then a couple of bars near a hotel they had booked.
