I always thought that when you got married, during the ceremony, you weren't supposed to wear your engagement ring, but I have been seeing many brides on TV wearing theirs. Is there a proper or correct way to do this, or is it preference? Doesn't the wedding band go on the finger first, and then the engagement ring?
