I can not decide between 3 dresses. I am torn equally between the three and could picture walking down the aisle in any one of them. I would love you ladies opinions. I am having an outdoor ceremony and tented reception in the early fall. Thank you!

PS- I can't figure out how to turn the pictures.

Re: 100% torn

  • Two gives you a nice waist and it's a beautiful dress. Your big smile in picture three makes me think it made you the happiest. I'd have a hard time deciding between two and three. Btw the pix are right side up.

I actually adore dress #1. I think it would be nice with a belt similar to that in the second dress, but doesn't particularly need it. Understated and elegant but that lace gives it something special. And I love the bottom.

Edit: the sweetheart in the third dress is most flattering, in my opinion. My dress has a slightly scooped neckline and I had my seamstress change it into a full sweetheart. It made a world of difference to me.
  • I feel like #1 there is something funny with just the bottom few inches of the dress just being plain.....it looks like the dress maker just ran out of the pretty beading at the end.

#2 I'm not a fan of the layered straight tulle.   The top of the dress looks fine.

#3 would be my choice if I had to pick.  Though I feel like it may be a bit too much going on at the bottom.
  • I like 2.  I think the beading on 1 looks on the inexpensive side.  3 is too much of a copy of a vera wang dress, but doesn't have the same quality draping as the vera wang.  I think the criss cross draping on 2 is very pretty and the belt is just the right amount of sparkle.
  • I think that the second dress flatters your curves the most.

  • Number three.  You look radiant in it.

  • I dont' know anything about you or your personality, but the smile on your face with #3 seems to say it all.
  • #3 hands down! It's gorgeous and you look so happy!

  • I'd go with number three, especially if you're going for a glam look. The first is my runner-up and is a little more sweet and romantic. I'm not a fan of the second.

  • Where are you getting married and what is the feeling and tone of your wedding? Think about the look you are going for and that should help you decide. All three dresses have a similar shape, but very different personality.

Dress one is very classic, it would fit in almost anywhere. If you are having a church wedding, this is the clear winner. It is also the safe choice. I personally am not a big fan of the dress, but of the three, I think it will stand the test of fashion time the best.

Dress two is very modern and elegant. It would work best at a modern/dramatic setting. I see this at a cultural center or museum wedding.

Dress three is fun and romantic, it would work best at a wedding with lots of flowers and sweet elements. I see this dress at an outdoor location, like a country club or botanical garden.

  • I like two on you especially the waist. This is a personal preference, but the material for the skirt of two doesn't look "fancy" enough. I do agree you look happiest in 3.
    2 - if less formal
    3 - if more formal.
  • I'm not a fan of #1, but I really like #3. #2 is too busy and takes away from you.

  • Number 3 looks lovely on you! It flatters your shape and the skirt is really unique. Besides, you look radiant in it! I think you have found the one!
  • #3 is gorgeous and looks radiant on you. That one definitely!

  • #3! Your wedding day is special wear something special and feel like a princes.
  • Number 3 is my pick. You look radiant and glowing while wearing it. I think it's the most flattering and has that "wow" factor!
  • Personally, I don't like the skirt on either two or three.  However, I think the top on number two is the most flattering on you so I would probably go with that one even though I'm not a fan of the skirt.
  • The only photo you're smiling in is the one of #3 - so that may say it right there.

I'm not a fan of #1 - as PP said, it looks odd with the lace stopping before it reaches the bottom of the dress, as if they just ran out and said "oh well."

I would go with either #2 or #3 myself - #3 is more of a "wow" dress, but for someone like me it's a bit over the top.

Disagree.  I think all 3 dresses would work in any of the settings you described above.  I would buy the dress that looked best on ME, not one that would look best with the venue.
  • #3 for sure!  You look so radiant and happy in it!

  • I like number 2 the best.  I just love the weave pattern in the bodice and it really shows off your curves but still looks light and comfortable.

Dress 3 is very pretty but it just looks heavy and I am not a huge fan of the bottom.

Not a fan of dress 1.  Maybe it is how the lace/beading ends about 6 inches above the bottom of the dress it is the least flattering of the three.

  • i'm digging the third dress it looks the prettiest on you in my opinion. but maggie is right it looks kinda heavy and that all depends on your ceremony and reception venue/s. i'm not a big fan of the first one its just too plain

  • I wound up with dress #2. 3 was unbelievably heavy and I wished 1 had lace all the way to the bottom. Once they showed me how the second one would be bustled I was sold. It is so pretty and yet not complicated for my BMs to do!
