Inexpensive outdoor venues that can go past midnight (125 people)

My finance and I are looking for some inexpensive outdoor venues that can have the reception go until midnight or later. I noticed a lot of places have to shut the reception down by 9pm or 10pm. We are open to anywhere in The Bay Area. Our wedding will probably have about 125 guests. Does anyone know of any places like this?

    You might have a hard time finding an outdoor venue that goes past a 10pm reception.  Since there is a noise ordinance in most towns.  Your best bet is to find a location were you can move the party indoors after 10.

    If Sacramento is an option, there's Crawford's Barn. You can use the park area until 2am.
