Has anyone done theirs already?

I have no clue how to even go about putting this together. The only thing I know is that I don't want an AM wedding.

    I have not put mine together yet, but I have had a couple of suggestions from my DJ, photographer and venue. They all have examples and they can help you with the time of year depending on when you want it to start. I was so excited, because I had no clue where to start.

    Ditto. I'm starting to look into hotels & transportation so I was hoping to doing a rough timeline/timeframe.  My venue did give me a suggested timeline as well so I'm going to try and start with that......

    I used a couple of different free templates I found (google searching) and made my own.  I suggest starting from the end of the night and working your way backward - I found it a lot easier to do it that way.

    I kinda have mine together but there's gaps where ill have the pros tell me how much time they need.
     
    I'll be staying at the hotel the night before.

    Hair/makeup is being done on sight. Time frame depends on how many people.

    Photographer/videographer hasn't given me a time yet (we have them the whole day. No set hours)

    Party bus is picking up groom/bridal party at 1:30 My parents and i are being picked up at 2.

    Full catholic mass starts at 3 Expect to leave the church 4:30-4:45 (depends on receiving line and pics)

    Arrive at venue around 5:30 for more pics

    Hospitality starts at 6:30 (might make that 6)

    Cocktail hour starts at 7

     Reception 8-12am

    ETA:bc the format came out all screwy on my ipad...sorry!
