    There are two historic sites in Ambler which shouldn't be too far - The Highlands and Hope Lodge. I don't know what their photo policies are.  Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell also has a beautiful "barn" art building that they built which is really nice.  Pennypacker Mills (Schwenksville) and Peter Wentz Farmstead (Worcester) both have really nice old buildings.  There are pictures on montcopa.org.  There is also an old mill in Schwenksville on Plank Road that's very nice.  Good luck!
