HELP!!! NYC rooftop or nice view - lower cost wedding ceremony + reception for approx 35 people

Hello all,

As I said in the title, Fiancé and I are just thinking about having a small lower cost (than a hall) ceremony + reception for approx. 35 people. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as hotels or restaurants or places that would be good for this? Need help in looking

Not looking for anything crazy maybe an arch or setup of some sort to have the ceremony then come back into the room and have the reception.

any suggestions are greatly appreciated

The Thompson LES hotel has a nice small rooftop area with terraces and a great view. Stopped there for drinks once.

And I went to a wedding salon show on the roof top at the Dream Hotel on w16 which may be bigger than you need but wow was it nice!!
