Whats your theme?

Mines Winter Wonderland.

We are having the wedding in the Colorado mountains an hour from were we live. No christmas decorations. Silver, Black, and deep pink. Lots of snowflakes and snowglobes :)   Now that we have everything booked, I can't wait!

I was thinking about having some sort of flat shoes that people can change into from out of their winter boots once they are inside the ballroom, but I don't know how expensive that would be. Does anyone have any ideas?

I would think most people would bring their own shoes so they wouldn't be in their snow boots all day.  I wouldn't waste your money because that will get expensive fast.

I don't have a theme but we are using pine cones for our escort cards and as decoration around the cake plate.  Otherwise I'm just picking what I like.

Can "pretty" be a theme? At first my theme was going to be Cinderella, but in the end all of the decorations I picked out lent it to be just, pretty, rather than the Cinderella ballroom scene.

We're getting married in Sturbridge, MA. Our theme is "Winter Wonderland of Words and Whimsy", it incorporates the Christmas decor that will still be up, our literary theme, and the touches of geekery we will have in our decor

Medieval solstice is my theme.  It saves us TONS of money on decorations - we are doing medieval pieces of armour for center pieces and to use for a photo booth.
