NYC Court House Ceremony - Maximum # of Witnesses?

Does anyone know if there's a maximum number of witnesses allowed at a NYC court house ceremony? I see here (http://www.cityclerk.nyc.gov/html/marriage/ceremony.shtml) that at least one witness is required, but it doesn't state the maximum number.
