After being told our preferred invitations wouldn't have made it to us til Christmas - we decided to go with something else.
We are now back on track to sending out our invitations at the 6 month mark. Just ordered these from Etsy (Vendor: Imbueyou) - for $3 each they come fully assembled and also include the envelope with wrap around label. We are paying the extra 35 cents per invitation to get the vendor to print the guest addresses on the labels. We are also modifying them to suit our wedding colours so they will be black and white with a touch of hot pink.
We also ordered a printable design for our pre-wedding party in January here in Australia. Its just going to be a casual get together down by the riverside on a Saturday afternoon. I love that the wording on the invitation doesn't say 'engagement party' cos I think its a bit late for that - it will be 3 months before the wedding!
