Ft Worth YWCA Former brides

How many people did you have attend and what seating chart/plan did you come up with? We're having trouble determining where to place the tables.

    I have been the DJ at the YWCA several times and the dance floor has always been right in front of the stage. Usually no more than 150 is good for that room...the round tables were spread out all the way to the back wall.

    Good question! I'm having my wedding there next May and have been worrying about the placement of tables and chairs and that the dance floor might be on the smaller side. How many guests do you think you will have? 
    I had a co-worker who went to a wedding there recently. She said they set up a buffet in one of the bridal party rooms so people went in there got their food then went back to the ballroom..it's a way to save on space.

    It is not actually a bridal room but it actually works great so people don't run into each other.
