I know people ask for this rec all the time, but I couldn't find much on my area (probs cause it's so small!)
Does anyone have recommendations for hair and/or MUA in New Castle, PA/Lawrence County? I was kind of hoping for someone to come to us but open to going to the salon as well. ..or anyone not from Lawrence county willing to travel to us? We are actually about 20 min from Boardman, OH if anyone had recs from there. Thanks for the help!
