Rustic/Vintage Wedding Venue

So, I am pretty new here and I have a few questions. I am looking for a venue in the Dallas area, that is within 40 miles or so. I am having a vintage/rustic theme so I would like somewhere that fits into that theme and isn't too modern looking. But then again, I don't want it to look like a rodeo either lol.. Also, we are a same sex couple so they have to be same-sex friendly. And lastly, we are expecting about 75-100 guests, and don't want to spend more then about 1500 on the venue. Something quaint and simple is fine with me.. If anyone knows of anything like I described please let me know. I have found quite a few I like but they are either too far, or way too expensive. 5 grand is just ridiculous to me to rent out a building. Thanks in advance for your help.

Keep in mind that while you may be paying $5 k for a venue, it may also include things that you will have to provide anyway so that's something to think about.
