I know from lurking that edible favors are best and that favors are completely optional. However, I want to be sure my (mostly out of town) guests are hosted properly in every way possible. Some of my family members don't think anything that I'm doing "counts" as a favor, so I want to see what you ladies think.
We will have a candy buffet, which will also include cake pops, cookies, fudge, dried fruits and nuts (at this point I don't know of any nut allergies, if someone indicates a nut allergy on their RSVP, I won't include nuts). We are also using bud vases as escort cards and I hope some of the guests will take these home or at least back to their hotel rooms to enjoy during their stay. My dad is stuck on the idea of a photo booth, so we will have that too.
If you were a guest, would you feel like these items were favors? I'm completely open to suggestions and would be happy to add something else. Thanks in advance!
Re: looking for some feedback!
Stop asking your family for opinions :-)
Everything you have is fine.
