Just had a fabulous experience with Deborah, the Jewelry Appraiser. I know nothing about diamonds or jewelry and Deborah was so informative and patient with all my questions. Her ways of explaining every aspect of the ring were so accessible and easy to understand. From color to clarity, fluorescence (something I had never heard of prior to this visit) to how to properly clean the ring, Deborah was very thorough with her work. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who needs this service. Such a wonderful experience.
