Lighthouse Wedding

I'm thinking about having my ceremony at a lighthouse in RI or on a beach. In particular the Point Judith Lighthouse. Has anyone done this or anything similiar? It would be very small well under 50 people.

    We were down at Point Judith recently, I wanted to show my FI how beautiful it is there becuase I had hopes of taking pictures there.  It's not nearly as accesible as I remember from when I lived in Narragansett.  In order to use the grounds you need to obtain a permit from Homeland Security.  I have no idea how to do that.

    I am having my ceremony at the Lighthouse in June 2014.  I called the lighthouse and was able to have someone send me out a "contract".  Easy to do and they were very nice.  Good luck!!!

    Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown is very accommodating as well.
