Officiant?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an Officiant?  Or even where to begin to look for one?

I'd like someone that leans a bit more towards spiritual than religious.  Ideally, I'd like a Rastafarian officiant, but that seems really hard to find!

Any suggestions?

    We found ours through our church but we had to wait until the last minute because they couldnt find one who has done a Vow Renewal. They found one and he did such a great job! 
    Married 11/12/05 ~ Renewed Our Vows 11/9/13.

    Mine came recommended on here. Her name is Kathryn Siefert. She is AMAZING so far and reasonably priced.
