Italian Soda Flavors...?

We are serving Italian sodas at our wedding, and I would love to know what flavors you suggest.
Here's what I'm thinking so far:
Blood Orange
Ruby Red Grapefruit
Raspberry
Lime
Lemon
Blueberry
Vanilla
Carmel?
Almond?
And there is a lavender flavor, but I'm not sure if that will be a hit. I was thinking of Lavender and lemon (I had cupcakes like that, and they were surprisingly delish).

Suggestions? Input welcome.

@AddieL73 can you describe the almond flavor? I have never tried it before personally, but I've been hearing the same unanimous, resounding "yes". So I want to offer it, but I've never had it, so it's hard to imagine.
