  Hmm. I haven't seen anything like that in Columbus. A higher end event designer might be able to make you one, but it'll probably be a bit pricey.

  You could always rent one of those metal ones and just drape it in a pretty cloth and cover it in twigs and flowers to make it look like the picture.

  Try searching for an "arbor".  Something with straight lines would be very easy to make though...
