  • B:  1 pc of homemade WW bread with whipped butter, 2 eggs, 1 slice deli ham; coffee with a splash of half-and-half (from the work cafe)

    L:  leftover Greek salad (mixed greens with sliced cucumbers, crumbled feta, gyro meat, and 2 little pcs of pita bread); apple

    S:  yogurt, small snack of something for pre-WO

    D:  ST broiled feta and artichoke chicken thighs, roasted asparagus (and broc and orzo for my H); fresh pineapple (post-WO)

    WO:  Insanity M2 D22 (Max Interval Plyo, my least favorite) ~56 min

    E: 45 minutes with trainer, 30 minute walk

    S: Wine and apple

    ETA: Changed breakfast, workouts (trainer went 15 minutes longer) and added snacks

  • @southernpeach89 This guy we're meeting tonight is a lot like your's so we may end up going with him. The "house" dj for the venue basically told us he wasn't what we were looking for and highly highly recommended the guy we're meeting tonight. He's also a preferred vendor.



  • @lmhollister- That's cool the other DJ was honest with you both. Hopefully the meeting goes well tonight : )
  • B - Cheerios, dry
    S - Mandarin oranges
    L - celery with PB2
    D - who knows. FI's aunt is taking us and his parents out for dinner.  We will probably do Mexican which means I will probably have a chicken taco salad with no sour cream.

    E- Arm, legs, and back workout.
