  We tracked down a real estate agent's number and called today - looks like it was sold last year and the new owners no longer rent it out. Bummer!!

  It does exist and it is awesome!!! You need to contact the caterer for rental information...

  I know the owner and, yes, it is now privately owned and not rented.
