Need help from NJ Knotties - NWR

My mom passed away at the beginning of January and we are planning a memorial service for the end of April.

We will be doing reception/scattering of her ashes off a boat out of Belmar, NJ.  We are looking for a liquor store/bartending service something that will deliver/provide to the boat.

Can anyone help?

    I'm so sorry for your loss.  My mom also wants her ashes scattered in the ocean and I think it's a lovely idea.

    I'm not from Belmar (Somerset/ Jersey City here), but I know Buy Rite Liquors often has delivery service.  Maybe there's a Buy Rite around there?
